Read before agreeing.

Scope of Work

All project work - website/software development, photography, videography, or social media management - is scoped in writing before work begins. Changes to scope are handled as written change requests, which may affect timeline and cost.

Payment

Projects typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on delivery or per an agreed milestone schedule. Specific terms are set out in each project's quote or contract.

Ownership

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables - website code, edited photos/videos, and content produced for them. Source files and admin access are handed over as part of project completion.

Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, specified in the project quote. Additional revisions beyond that may be billed separately.

Liability

We take reasonable care in all work delivered but are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a delivered website, software system, or content.
